Current Qigong Sessions

Sessions

These sessions consist of Qigong exercises, practiced as a group.  These are relaxing, enlivening and invigorating exercises for self-healing, all practiced standing up, in various stances.  Qigong exercises share the same principles as the Tai Chi form, but they can be learned and followed with relative ease, and the health and fitness benefits are immediate and also progressive.

Details

Everyone welcome - anyone can join in at any point, and to any session, as the exercises are easy to follow.  No experience is necessary.  Suitable for beginners, intermediates or advanced practitioners of Qigong; from the sedentary to the elite athelete.  Please wear clothes in which you can move freely and comfortably; and ideally flat-soled shoes with a little bit of grip.

 

Qigong can be adapted for almost any level of fitness and health, and is always beneficial when practiced correctly.  Please contact me if you'd like to discuss your suitability.

Cost

£5 for your first trial session

£9 per session (pay on the day)

£40 for a block of 5 sessions (£8 per session)

£70 for a block of 10 sessions (£7 per session)

If you've paid for a block of 5 or 10 sessions, and you need to miss a session for any reason, I'll roll your pre-paid session over if you give me 24 hours notice prior to the session.  In exceptional unforeseen circumstances (e.g. an accident or family emergency), I'll roll your pre-paid session over anyway with less than 24 hours notice, or retrospectively.

One-to-One Personal Training

 

If you'd prefer to learn and practice your Tai Chi and/or Qigong in a more personal and private way than as part of a class, I can offer private one-to-one or small group sessions.  Please contact me if you'd like any more information.
